Town of east Gwillimbury

East Gwillimbury is well served by all modes of transportation. More than 350 kilometres of roads create both an interior and intra-regional road network, linking communities within East Gwillimbury (e.g. Sharon, Holland-landing, Queensville and Mount Albert) to each other and to markets beyond. Metropolitan Toronto to the south and the recreation areas to the north can be accessed by Highway 400 and Highway 48.  Furthermore, the extension of Highway 404has improved traffic flow and increases accessibility to and from the Town of East Gwillimbury.  See the map below to see how these highways connect East Gwillimbury to surrounding communities across Ontario.
