Our Council has made it a priority to develop the following employment lands to help promote business growth in the area.

Bales Drive Employment Area

Bales Drive Employment Area is an industrial business area, with tenants such as Kelson, Technicore and York Region's, transportation and works centre and police fleet centre.

Green Lane Employment Area

Green Lane Employment Area is an attractive site for businesses looking to move goods and services efficiently, with immediate access to Highways 404, 401, and the East Gwillimbury GO Station.

Highway 404 Employment Area

Highway 404 Employment Area is an employment site with properties either directly fronting, or located near, the Town's Highway 404 extension and interchanges.

Holland Landing Employment Area

Holland Landing Employment Area (North and South) are employment areas located south of Holland Landing Road to Highway 11 and north of Holland Landing Road.

Mount Albert Employment Area is land available for a broad range of industrial uses, located adjacent to Highway 48 in the west end of Mount Albert.
